“You can stop running now”

Blitzkrieged

Easter Sunday! Am I so glad that I got loads and loads of encouragement today – from this morning’s Easter Message in church to my current read from Max Lucado’s  “In the Eye of the Storm”.

I am anticipating a very early day tomorrow. Perhaps leaving the house at 5 a.m. to start early with my loads and loads of documentation to finish. Super hoping I can leave work in time for my Dad’s preop appointment.

“When you tell God that you’ve reached your limit, He knows what you mean.” – Max Lucado “In the Eye of the Storm”

Oh the worries of this world. Not now… me listen to the Voice I have been missing for a long while now. Silence. Quiet time. I miss this, Abba.

Aaaand… I got my answer right away:

“But when you mourn, when you get to the point of sorrow for your sins, whe you admit that you have no other option but to cast all your cares on him, and when there is truly other name that you can call, then cast all your cares on him, for he is waiting in the midst of the storm”

-Max Lucado, The Applause of Heaven”

Is this the start of the Pure-Waiting Game? Unsure if another position will open. “God will give you the desires of your heart” – one wise lady I know said. Right now, I just want to express God what I desire and leave everything up to Him. Once again I say: Your will be done, Oh My God. My life is in Your hands.

There are days when I mind not being able to finish sentences

There are times that I won’t mind at all

I just can’t understand people simetimes

How can the ignoring go on and on

Leading sometimes to indifference

Further reaching the point of just passing by

And not noticing there’s simejne there in the ground
